We begin this process with a confidential staging consultation to walk through your home so we can create a detailed checklist of curated tasks for you, the contractor, the landscaper, and any other potential vendors we recommend are needed. This checklist is typed up for you, room by room, as a guide to assist you in preparing for the sale. Once completed, the staging installation can begin AND in most cases, this is a complimentary service we offer our seller clients.

Additionally, behind the scenes, we work on scheduling measurements to create floor plans and the scheduling of photography and video. With Linda’s vision as the guide, the administrative and marketing teams create beautiful marketing materials such as direct mail postcards, brochures, listing sheets, special feature sheets, floor plans, and more.
